Wrong or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a correct address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address, please email us.
If your order has been processed and packed, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
